Mind & Body Rechargers is designed for students from Classes 6–12 (ages 11–17). The sessions are simple, guided, and age-appropriate — no prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed.
What kind of activities happen in the sessions?
Each day brings something new — from breathing and guided visualisation to desk stretches, laughter exercises, gratitude reflections, and short focus games. Every session is built to help students recharge their mind, mood, and motivation in just 10 minutes.
Will this clash with their study schedule?
Not at all. Sessions run multiple times a day — your child can join whenever they have a short break or need a quick recharge.
What if my child misses a session?
No problem — every live session is recorded. Your child can revisit it anytime through the PeakMind web app.
Can parents join too?
Of course. Many parents try a few sessions themselves to understand the flow and even make it a shared 10-minute break with their child.
How can I cancel or pause my subscription?
You can cancel anytime by writing to us at connect@peakmind.in with your subscription ID. We’ll process it promptly — no hidden steps, no long forms. We’d love to hear your feedback before you leave, but that’s completely your choice.
