Every school is at a different stage of its wellbeing journey. Find the tier that matches where you are — and where you want to go.
* Tier 1 pricing is per assessment cycle — one-time or twice a year (once per term). Schools upgrading from Tier 1 to Tier 2 within the same academic year receive a credit for assessments already paid. Counsellor management system includes up to 2 counsellor licenses in Tier 2 and up to 10 in Tier 3. The PeakMind Live Program runs on PeakMind's shared calendar — school-specific sessions are available as an add-on. Staff FDP workshops are cohort sessions shared across subscribed schools; school-specific FDP is available as an add-on. Safety & incident registry is append-only; incident visibility is configurable by regulatory category and designated role (e.g. POCSO incidents visible only to the designated POCSO officer). The incident registry report is filterable by category and date range. Quick access to TeleManas helpline is included in the student app; warm referral tracking is on the PeakMind roadmap. Gatekeeper training is for teaching and non-teaching staff aged 18+ and aligns with SC 2025 INSC 893 guidelines. Parent wellbeing access includes up to 2 parent logins per student; parent accounts are independent of student accounts and have no access to student clinical data, assessment scores, counsellor notes, or Peakoo conversations. Counselling sessions booked by parents are charged separately and are not included in the institutional subscription. PeakMind counsellor sessions are also available as a standalone add-on for institutions. Annual wellbeing summary report covers full-year assessment trends, program delivery, counselling activity, and incident data in a formatted report.
