1. Therapy and Coaching Sessions: Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked session at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.
2. App/Program Subscriptions: Our subscriptions are typically non-refundable once activated. However, from time to time, PeakMind may offer a limited-time pro-rata refund window, as notified through official communication channels. Outside of such announced periods, no refunds or credits will be issued for subscription cancellations.
3. Cancellation Process: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to connect@peakmind.in. Upon receiving your request, our team will arrange a brief exit call to confirm your cancellation and, if applicable, initiate the refund process.
4. Refund Timeline: Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Policy Updates: PeakMind reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
